Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide evidence of this policy and delivery confirmation.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of your order, any return shipping fees and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
